Pre season now over do you think he should be offered a contract?? Would be a bizarre signing IMHO.

Agree with Beans and if he is a cheap option then yeah why not. Not done much wrong in the games i have seen him play in.

Thanks, but no thanks. to short to be added to our midget midfield and is of conference level at best. Already have 1 or 2 players clearly punching above their weight, do we need another?

Looks to me he has signed some sort of contract, he was always the one without a squad number in friendlies but had the number 16 that had been vacated on his shorts and shirt tonight.

Assuming hes a cheap option then why not, just as a squad player? I think with a 55% salary cap clubs will be forced to make up the numbers with these kind of signings and youth players.
One overhit freekick apart thought he did OK last night. Did not seem to give the ball away at all.

He may have played in number 16 but he didn't have his name on the shirt so no contract yet offered

I know we have to cut costs, but didn't realise all we do now for a contract is to get the player to write his name on a shirt !
If that is the case, couldn't we boil wash the Canham & Kovacs shirts a few times.

Nepotism at its worst. It seems now all you need to do to earn a contract at Edgar Street is to be a pal or former team mate of Pitman's. I'm sirprised he hasn't offered his cat a 2 year deal.

Month by month if he has played decent footy, give him longer to prove himself in training and off the bench.

Sounds about right. Need to remember that we are down on numbers but still need enough bodies to play a meaningful practice game at training.

If we sign him shows lack of ambition. That just sums up this club. A big step backwards if he signs. I know he could make up the numbers and would be cheap,but come on surely we could of kept Rose,Gwynne,Malsom etc to do that.
