Last seasons squad minus the good players, Good signings attract bigger crowds, bigger crowds provide bigger turnover, bigger turnover equalls better signings. Its perpetual motion, once you stop competing you start going backwards, crowds get smaller and players get harder to find!
Hereford United are far too quiet now when they should be shouting their ambition all over the country!

Great players are players that work with as a team, great individuals dont make a team. Good football does bring bigger crowds but without good players you won't get good football.
