I called Prem Sports and they've supposedly resent the activation to my Sky box but it's no better.

The stream quality has been very poor at times. Stop-start quite a bit. Tried to contact Prem Sports about it and they said to contact Ustream who handle the streaming. Not happy considering it's a tenner per month they're getting. Expected top quality.
